How do I enter the car park?
The entrance is from Narutowicza Street. Drive up to the barrier and take a ticket from the terminal - the barrier opens automatically. Then park in any free space, no booking needed.
How do I pay?
Before leaving, pay at the payment machine (card or cash). After paying you have 10 minutes to exit. You can also pay at the exit barrier without leaving your car - the terminal accepts contactless card payments.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept both cash and card. At the exit the terminal accepts contactless card payments.
Do I need to book a space?
No. Hourly and daily stays do not require booking - just drive in and park. Booking is available only for larger groups or special orders.
Can I leave the car for several days?
Yes. Please let the staff know the planned length of stay so they can assign the most suitable spot.
How do I buy a subscription?
Monthly subscriptions are handled by the car park staff. Contact us by phone (+48 796 790 770) or e-mail and we will arrange the details and payment.
Will I get an invoice?
If the amount does not exceed PLN 450 gross, you can print a receipt with a tax ID (NIP) at the machine. Otherwise contact the staff. Invoices are sent electronically within about 48 hours.
What if I lose my ticket?
Report it to the car park staff. A fee of PLN 60 gross is charged for a lost ticket, in line with the tariff.
