Upon arrival, please collect an entry ticket from the terminal at the barrier. Short-term parking is available in the spaces on the left side, by the wall, or in other locations designated by the staff.
After your stay, proceed to the payment machine with your ticket and pay for parking using either a card or cash. Once payment is made, you have 10 minutes to exit the parking area.
It is also possible to pay at the exit without leaving your vehicle. However, please note that the terminal only accepts contactless card payments.
If your vehicle’s license plate has been correctly recognized, it will be linked to your ticket. This means that if the ticket has been paid for, the exit barrier will open automatically. Otherwise, you must scan the ticket at the exit terminal to open the barrier.
Yes, longer stays are not a problem. In such cases, we ask that you inform our staff about the planned duration of your stay, which will help us assign the most suitable parking spot.
The parking fee is in accordance with our current price list and depends on the type of vehicle and the duration of the stay.
If the parking fee does not exceed 450 PLN (gross), you can obtain a receipt with a tax identification number (NIP) from the payment machine. Otherwise, please contact the parking staff. Invoices are sent electronically to the provided email address within approximately 48 hours.
Reserving a parking spot at our facility is not required. The reservation option is only available for larger groups or special orders. We strive to always have available spaces for all our clients.
Yes, we accept both cash and card payments.
The exit time is 10 minutes. After this period, the system will resume charging according to the hourly rate, and the ticket will need to be paid again.
Parking for up to 5 minutes is free, but only if you exit within this time. After this period, the fee will be charged according to the hourly rate, starting from the time of entry.
